Better Sleep for Better Days – Strategies for Restful Nights

Venue: Le Jardin de Craffiti, Place de la Petite Suisse 9, 1050 Ixelles

Workshop organised in collaboration with Madame Papillon organisation

In burn-out or in any other stress-related conditions, sleep is usually one of the first things to be affected.

Often, people with burn-out (and pre-burn-out) report difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep. And in some cases, the sleep patterns may become unbalanced, and people may not be able to produce sleep during the night.

However, for an optimal burn-out recovery, sleep is essential. According to sleep scientists, sleep is the foundation of our health.

A good night’s sleep already starts being prepared the day before.

Learn how to contribute to a better sleep for better days.

“The best bridge between despair and hope is a good night’s sleep.” – E. Joseph Cossman
