Corporate Wellbeing

Nowadays, employees are juggling more demands than ever, whilst the risk of burnout has never been higher. Together with the right workplace policies supporting wellbeing, the wellbeing workshops create an environment where people feel supported and part of a community, and as a result they show up with more creativity, clarity, and commitment.

And when employees are happy, satisfied and engaged, when they feel included and belonging, productivity and engagement rise, whilst absenteism and presenteeism are reduced.

Corporate Wellbeing Workshops that are more than rushing through PowerPoint slides and passive listening

Forget rushed presentations and half-hearted listening — these wellbeing workshops are designed to be interactive, engaging, energising and experiential. They combine not only theoretical concepts, but also participatory leadership facilitation, serious framed games and body-mind focus, which are enabling not only learning and reflection, but also collaboration, action taking and playfulness.

By addressing topics such as sleep, mindfulness, emotional release, burn-out prevention, joy at work, self-compassion, digital balance and even the role of laughter at work, these sessions empower employees to take a proactive approach to their personal wellbeing.
