Join me in one of the wellbeing workshops that I facilitate for the general public in English or French in Brussels. Every now and then I make accessible to everyone wellbeing workshops that I usually facilitate in the corporate environment. Whether it is as a volunteer member of Madame Papillon non-profit organisation to support women with burnout prevention and burnout recovery, or in collaboration with community centers in Brussels, I facilitate these workshops as my way to give back to the society and contribute to people’s wellbeing.
For corporate wellbeing workshops or teambuildings focused on wellbeing, I will be happy to learn your team’s needs and come with a proposal.

“The insights that I had in this workshop were very useful at this point in my journey, as life in a burnout is a journey. It took me a year to see that, to appreciate it, and to no longer be afraid of it, to at last welcome it. I want to express my admiration for the way you handled the tensions and emotions that the exploration of self-compassion triggered, and which at least I myself did not expect. The workshop was a bit of an emotional roller coaster but you guided us safely. You ended the workshop in such a beautiful, soothing way, reuniting us by guiding the compassionate meditation and the laughter yoga practice. I also loved the arm & hand shaking, followed by a self-hug. Such a simple but powerful tool.
What I also took away is to not give advice, especially if it is not asked, but rather be there, listen, acknowledge and share the pain. It is such an automatism, especially among women, to give tips and advice, when we could just try to be there for someone without giving advice.“
